Bad Weather
Policy
Prime Stage Theatre maintains a firm policy of not canceling performances due to weather. For this reason, we urge all ticket holders to make every effort to attend. There are no ticket refunds.
For student matinees – If you are unable to attend a performance due to school delay or cancellation, please call Prime Stage Education Box Office at 412-841-7353. We will make every effort to arrange another time for you to see that production. There is no guarantee, however, that seats for an alternate performance will be available.
For public performance - Should travel be impossible for you to attend a performance, please contact Prime Stage Theatre 724-773-0700 as soon as possible and we will make every effort to arrange another time for you to see that particular production or another production. There is no guarantee, however, that seats for an alternate performance will be available.
Late Seating
All performances begin promptly at the advertised curtain time. To
ensure the enjoyment of the majority of our patrons, and in deference
to the performers, latecomers will be seated in the balcony at an
appropriate pause in the performance at the discretion of the House
Manager.
Food and Drink
No Food or drinks are permitted in the theater however you
can enjoy
refreshments in the lobby.
Cellular
Phones/Electronic & Text Messaging Devices
Please silence cell phones and other electronic devices when you enter
the theatre. If you required paging during a performance please
register your seat location with the House Manager when you arrive at
the theatre. Messages will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Cameras/Recording
Devices
The use of cameras and/or recording devices in the theatre is
prohibited. Unauthorized cameras or recording devices can be
confiscated by management.
