Dalton
Pecosh (Juror #1) is making
his debut with Prime Stage;
he last appeared as Jacob Marley
in ACT's A Christmas Carol:
A Ghost Story last Christmas,
and as Owen in South Park Theatre's
The Melville Boys in
2007. He and his wife Laura
are expecting their first child
in April.
Jay
Silberblatt (Juror #2) Jay
appeared as the Sea Captain
in the 2004 Prime Stage production
of Lord of the Flies,
featuring his son, Alec. Prior
to that, Jay was last seen onstage
in 1971 when he portrayed Robert
in Clearfield High School's
production of Antic Spring.
Jay is better known for his
29 year run as the Board Certified
Civil Trial Lawyer in Lawsuit,
a real-life production that
has been presented in numerous
courtrooms throughout Western
Pennsylvania.
Daryll
Heysham * (Juror #3) is
pleased to be making his Prime
Stage debut. His last Pittsburgh
appearance was in a staged reading
of Ernest Hemingway's The
Fifth Column for Bricolage.
His next role will be Sammy
Naples in the world premiere
of Harry's Friendly Service
at the Pittsburgh Public Theater.
Daryll has performed in over
50 productions including the
Off-Broadway hit Tony 'n'
Tina's Wedding and Shear
Madness, which he played
in Philadelphia for over 1,000
performances. He appeared opposite
George Peppard and Susan Clark
in a national tour of The
Lion in Winter. Actor/teacher
at Cornell University where
his many roles included Biff
Loman, Toby Belch, Mercutio,
and Bernard in Arcadia.
He has also appeared at the
Walnut St. Theatre, Florida
Stage, and Syracuse Stage. Daryll
has studied and taught stage
combat, choreographed fights
for various Shakespeare festivals,
and is a member of the Society
of American Fight Directors.
Trained at London's RADA, BFA
from Ohio State and MFA candidate
at Point Park. He has been a
member of Actor's Equity since
1981.
Thomas
Kurt Fuchel, Sr. (Juror #4)
is pleased to be in his fifth
performance for Prime Stage
Theatre. He has performed on
many Pittsburgh stages such
as Pittsburgh Playwrights, Open
Stage Theatre, South Park Theatre
and Stage 62. Those shows include,
among others, The Crucible,
To Kill a Mockingbird, The Diary
of Anne Frank, The Importance
of Being Earnest, Oliver, Picnic,
and Hayfever. He also appeared
on stages in New York and elsewhere
dating back to 1962. His most
favorite and rewarding work
was the musical Something
Greater performed at North
Way Christian Community. He
studied opera, dramatic theater
and musical theater at Cincinnati
University - College Conservatory
of Music and at Heidelberg College
and studied acting with Ira
Rosenberg in New York City.
Mr. Fuchel is a practicing criminal
trial lawyer.
Adam
Rutledge (Juror #5) last
performed as Duke Orsino in
Pittsburgh Shakespeare in the
Parks' Twelfth Night.
He rejoins Prime Stage after
playing Steve in last year's
production of The Outsiders.
Other recent credits include
Pandora's Box Presents: A
Night at the Fights, a production
he also co-fight-directed. Adam
is an Advanced Actor Combatant
with the Society of American
Fight Directors, and is an apprentice
stunt performer with the United
Stuntmen's Association.
Joe
Eberle (Juror #6) is making
his Prime Stage debut with 12
Angry Men. Joe studied acting
at The University of Pittsburgh,
and has appeared in several
productions with Stage Right
of Fox Chapel. His favorite
roles include Bill in Perfect
Wedding, Oscar Madison in
The Odd Couple, John
Smith in Run for Your Wife,
and the Bellhop in Lend Me
a Tenor. Last spring, Joe
made his directorial debut with
Stage Right's production of
Don't Drink the Water.
Joe will be making his film
debut in the upcoming Dreamworks
film, She's Out of My League.
For over 15 years, Joe has also
been working as a stand-up comedian,
appearing in clubs all around
the eastern U.S. Locally; Joe
can be seen regularly at The
Funny Bone in Station Square.
Tony
Randza (Juror #7) is making
his first appearance with Prime
Stage. He is a graduate of Point
Park University with a BA in
Theatre Arts and an MBA in Business
Management. His favorite roles
include Tom in Couples' Therapy
with Proudly Presents (for which
he won the Pittsburgh New Works
Festival "Donna" award for Outstanding
Supporting Actor in 2007), Cheswick
in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's
Nest with Point Park University,
The Royal Babysitter in The
Royal Baby with the Pittsburgh
New Works Festival, Sleepy in
Snow White with the Pittsburgh
Playhouse Junior and Male Chorus
in Lysistrata with Point
Park University. Tony has also
directed several plays including
Romeo and Juliet.
Christopher
Spare (Juror #8) is making
both his Pittsburgh and Prime
Stage debut with Twelve Angry
Men. Christopher recently
moved to Pittsburgh from Erie,
Pennsylvania. Christopher received
his BA in Theatre from Gannon
University in Erie and has been
seen in several productions
in the Erie area in the last
20 years. He currently attends
Point Park University as a Graduate
MFA student in Acting. He was
seen most recently as Prospero
in The Tempest by William
Shakespeare. Other favorite
roles include Phillip in Orphans
by Lyle Kessler and King Odysseus
in an original production of
The Odyssey.
Ken
Lutz (Juror #9) Ken is a
retired Pittsburgh Public Schools
music teacher. His professional
pursuits have included acting
at the American Conservatory
Theatre, Pittsburgh Playhouse,
Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera,
announcing at WQED-TV, and conducting
McKeesport Symphony Orchestra,
Carnegie Civic Symphony. Ken
is active in music and theatre;
he plays clarinet in the East
Winds Symphonic Band and the
Edgewood Symphony Orchestra.
His recent acting roles include
George Spelvin in The Actor's
Nightmare with Proudly Presents
Productions, Weller in Grand
Dream Productions of The
Gin Game, and Charles Thomson
in 1776 with Artscape.
He returns for his fourth production
with Prime Stage, having performed
the role of Robert E. Lee Ewell
in To Kill a Mockingbird,
Candy in last year's production
of Of Mice and Men, and
Frankland and Perkins in The
Hound of the Baskervilles
earlier this season.
Matt
Marceau (Juror #10) Matt
is thrilled to have the opportunity
to work with Prime Stage and
this great ensemble. Matt has
worked with the Pittsburgh CLO,
City Theater, Pittsburgh Playwright's
Theatre Co., and the Summer
Company. He is a graduate of
Point Park University and continued
his studies at LAMDA.
Sean
Butler (Juror #11) Sean
was last seen on the New Hazlett
stage in Inherit the Wind
as Jesse H. Dunlap, and was
recently seen in the Pittsburgh
New Works Festival in Absence
Makes the Eyes Grow Fonder,
as Man, with the Baldwin Players.
Other credits include Capulet
in Romeo and Juliet,
Lt. Rick Selby in A Good
Time, and in Skin of
Our Teeth with the Conservatory
of Performing Arts of Point
Park University. For Playhouse
Jr. Sean played Lord Malev O'Lent
in The Emperor's New Clothes.
He has performed with other
local theatre including South
Park Theater where he played
Rick Steadman in The Nerd
and the Tin Man in Dorothy
and the Wizard of Oz. Sean
was Noah Curry in 110 In
the Shade with McKeesport
Little Theater and Police Supt.
Vernon Paul No Sex Please,
We're British with The Theatre
Factory. This fall Sean will
be seen in the movie Sorority
Row starring Carrie Fisher
and Rumer Willis.
Joseph
McGranaghan (Juror #12) is
pleased to be back in Pittsburgh
having just finished a national
tour with Chamber Theatre of
Boston's educational show Encore!
Recent credits in New York
include Joe Bonaparte in Golden
Boy with TheatreVision/Playtime,
and The Beauty Project funded
by the SITI Company. In Pittsburgh,
Joseph has worked with City
Theatre, Pittsburgh Irish and
Classical Theatre, Pitt Rep,
and Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre.
He last appeared as Boo Radley
with Prime Stage in the 2006
production of To Kill a Mockingbird.
Blaine
Ford (Guard) Originally
from Washington D.C., Blaine
is a junior acting major at
Point Park University. He hopes
to graduate in 2010 with a B.A.
or B.F.A. in acting. Previous
Pittsburgh credits include Evening
Primrose for the spring
2007 Raymond Laine Memorial
One Act Festival, Arsenic
and Old Lace at McKeesport
Little Theatre, Romeo and
Juliet for Point Park Conservatory
Company, and On the Inherent
Dangers of Having Colleges Close
Together for the 2009 Future
Tenant One Act Festival. Non-Pittsburgh
credits include the Washington
D.C. premier of Doctors Orders
and The Butler Did It
for Parlor Room Theatre Company,
The Trojan Women, Much Ado
About Nothing and The
Ubu Plays for the McNamara
Theatre. Blaine is currently
working with Point Park students
and alumni on a web-based sitcom
program called LAN'ded,
