Shea Doughton (Sgt. Morris/Hutchinson) Shea is performing in his first show at Prime Stage. He is also new to the Pittsburgh area and this is his first theatre production in the area. Shea is very excited to be a part of this cast with Prime Stage Theatre.

Sara Gaille (Mother/Tessie) Sara is originally from Yonkers, NY. She has been in the Pittsburgh area for about 8 years. She continues to pursue a career as an actress in theatre as well as film. Some of her most loved roles have been: Jan in I’ll Be Back Before Midnight, Mary in A Women’s Project, Mimi in Monster Tales, and Nancy in Do It. Sara is of course thrilled to have this opportunity to be working with Prime Stage and all the wonderful people involved in this production.143D&B

Marie Karcher (Shadow/Elaine) This is Marie’s third time performing at Prime Stage. She previously appeared in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and Tuck Everlasting as Winnie Foster. She has taken classes at Saltworks for the past three years. She is currently twelve years old and attends St. Mary’s school in Glenshaw. She enjoys reading Manga and likes to goof around with her great friends. She is greatly honored to be in another Prime Stage play!

Gunther Kusior (Fortunato/Joe Summers) This is Gunther’s first appearance with Prime Stage, and he has enjoyed every minute of it. He is currently the Director of Marketing and Outreach at Gemini Theater. Where he just finished Winnie the Pooh, which he wrote and collaborated with Music Director, Lani Cataldi. Favorite past credits are: Oates in Dorothy 6, Eddie in Pseudo-Kinesis, Templeton in Charlotte’s Web, King in Huckleberry Finn, Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland, and Marcus Lycus in Forum. He has worked with local companies around the Pittsburgh area such as Pittsburgh Playhouse, Summer Company, Veronica’s Veil, and Pittsburgh Playwrights Company.

Matthew Lucia (Montresor/Delacroix) After a year and a half break from theare, Matthew couldn’t be happier to return to the stage in a Prime Stage production. This is Matthew’s third show with Prime Stage, the first being a sock puppet in the Pittsburgh’s New Works Festival many years ago, the second show found Matthew playing a frantic minister in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Matthew hopes you enjoy the shows. Thanks to Dr. Parviz Baghai for his mastery of neurosurgery and his more than apt staff. Also thanks to Jeff, Scott, Kathleen, Laura and the many others who helped me through the trials of the last year. I thank God for a third shot at life.

Brenda Marks (Narrator/Worker/Belva) Brenda has worked for years in theatre in the greater Pittsburgh area, including Palagreno Productions, Kuntu Repertory Theatre, Starlight Productions, New Horizon Theatre, The Black & White Festival and Mountain Playhouse in Jennerstown. She was last seen in Ma’Noah and Brazilian Rondazvous for New Horizon Theatre.

Joseph Michael Moser (Herbert/Old Man Warner) Joseph is pleased to return to Prime Stage after appearing last spring in I Never Saw Another Butterfly and The Terezin Promise. Favorite roles have included: the Cat in the Hat in Seussical and Brad in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Joseph is currently a junior musical theatre major at Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts.

Natasha Nay (Shadow/Mrs. Bessom) Natasha has appeared in The Marriage of Bette and Boo and A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Conservatory Theatre in New York. Some of her other credits include A Chorus Line at Parkersburg Civic Ballet, Carousel at the Mid-Ohio Valley Players, and Chicago at the Actor’s Guild of Parkersburg. She is a graduate of the National Shakespeare Conservatory. This is her first appearance at Prime Stage.

Marcus Smith (Davy) Marcus is seven years old and attends Colfax Spanish Academy. He likes to sing, play football and baseball. Marcus is very pleased to be working alongside his acting mentor, Aunt Brenda.

Paul Stockhausen (Father/Martin) Paul is happy to be working with Prime Stage. Paul has worked with a number of local companies over the last couple of decades. He would like to thank his wife Betty for her love and support.

Marty Vander Meulen (Mrs. Watson) Marty received a B.A. in History from Northwestern College, where she also studied acting and costume design. Recently, Marty has been working behind the scenes, designing costumes and is currently Prime Stage’s Production Manager. Some of her previous roles include Hannah in A Shayna Maidel, Man 4 in Christ in the Concrete City and Penny in Spoils of War.
